Recommendations for use and cleaning

  • Avoid cutting food directly on the counter. In this case, use taba to chop.
  • For daily cleaning use a damp cloth or sponge with a neutral soap.
  • Under no circumstances apply thinner or remover.
  • Avoid supporting very hot elements such as pots or trays without the use of cloths or temperature insulators, to avoid sudden thermal shocks that may deteriorate the surface.
